Jenni Palocsik serves as Vice President, Marketing Insights, Experience & Enablement at Verint, the global leader in customer engagement. Verint’s primary business focus is harnessing customer engagement through an Open CCaaS platform, offering contact centers and large companies an end-to-end solution, and best-of-breed capabilities, powered by data and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive customer experience automation. Palocsik has been with Verint for nearly 12 years, where she has held roles across different areas of responsibility, worked across various teams and built new operations.
Her current role spans sales enablement and support for Verint Connect, the company’s customer and partner portal. While Palocsik and her team gather information from Verint customer surveys, they also conduct primary research surveys, which are then turned into reports to inform business decisions and act as thought leadership assets when engaging with CX influencers and industry analysts.
Palocsik acknowledges the importance of being involved in the Alpharetta tech community, where she can gain visibility into employee interests and continue to cultivate potential partnerships. As a company, Verint invests in its local communities with the help of its “Verinteers,” or volunteer group. The company offers special global support to the growing Alpharetta community, promoting innovation, startups and end-customers.
