ALPHARETTA, Ga., June 24th, 2015 — The Greater Alpharetta Tech Network (GATN), a nonprofit association whose mission is to engage and grow the thriving Greater Alpharetta technology community, today announced a new partnership with The Coca-Cola Company. The yearlong sponsorship will help drive tech innovation not only within The Coca-Cola Company and its partners, but also within the community of Greater Alpharetta.
“We recognize the importance of GATN’s community and the diverse array of technology being created and developed in the Alpharetta area,” said Tom North, Global Commercialization Manager of The Coca-Cola Company. “Partnering with GATN provides us with an additional avenue to identify innovation being developed in this vibrant startup community.”
As it did in December 2014, The Coca-Cola Company will collaborate with GATN to organize two more fast-pitch events, where local tech startup companies will be invited to pitch innovative ideas to The Coca-Cola Company technology team and their partners. The Coca-Cola Company will also be visible as a sponsor in all of GATN’s programming and events.
